NEW PLAYERS: WHAT YOU'RE IN FOR
We have been a club for nearly 15-20 years and this is only our THIRD YEAR operating as a LEAGUE. People playing on mostly all the teams have known each other for years. Simply to maximize our enjoyment of the sport all teams start by playing a 5-1 and defense in a similar way, players can be somewhat interchangable between teams to make the skill balanced between teams. There can be some coaching and guidance given by the league coordinator to faciliate team strategy.
You also need to be on WhatApp to full enjoy the experience of being able to communicate with your team and the captains with other captains. All the groups are moderated/administered by volunteers.
People who are on the spares list still need to be a member of the club. Payments may be waived depending on the circumstances. You'll be added to the Spares group on the WhatsApp and may even be assigned to a specific team.
