NEW PLAYERS: WHAT YOU'RE IN FOR
We have been a club for nearly 15-20 years and this is only our FOURTH YEAR operating with LEAGUE PLAY. People playing on mostly all the teams have known each other for many years. Simply to maximize our enjoyment of the sport, all teams start by playing a 5-1 and defense in a similar way, so that players can be somewhat interchangable between teams to make the skill more balanced between teams. There can be some coaching and guidance given by the league coordinator to facilitate team strategy as needed! Just ask!
You also need to be on WhatsApp to full enjoy the experience of being able to communicate with your team and the captains/managers of other teams. All the groups are moderated/administered by volunteers.
People who are on the 'reserves' list, who are waiting for a team still need to be a member of the club via the registration form. Payments may be waived depending on the circumstances.
